I have worked in this field for over fifteen years, and previous to that I owned my own business. My expertise is working with couples and individuals dealing with infidelity, addiction, codependency, domestic violence, and blended families.

I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life in recovery, relationships after recovery, life transitions, and parenting issues

I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and worked at several non profit agencies focused on sexual abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and addiction. My role included providing individual, couples, and family therapy, running groups, facilitating workshops, and teaching.

I have my private practice in Dana Point, and I also provide supervision to Marriage and Family Therapy trainees and interns at a local non profit agency. I work closely with different women's clinics, law offices, and residential treatment centers and provide individual therapy to their clients. I organize seasonal groups and workshops in Dana Point covering different topics like codependency, building and maintaining healthy relationships, the loneliness in motherhood, and many more.
