I have worked in this field for over ten years, and previous to that I owned my own business. My expertise is working with couples and individuals dealing with infidelity, addiction, codependency, domestic violence, and blended families.
I also work with clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, life in recovery, relationship after recovery, life transitions, as well as relationship and parenting issues.
I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and worked at several non profit agencies focused on sexual abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and addiction. My role included providing individual, couples, and family therapy, running groups, facilitating workshops, and teaching.
I have my private practice in Dana Point, and I also provide supervision to Marriage and Family Therapy trainees and interns at a local non profit agency. I work closely with different women's clinics, law offices, and residential treatment centers and provide individual therapy to their clients. I organize seasonal free groups and workshops in Dana Point covering different topics like codependency, building and maintaining healthy relationships, the loneliness in motherhood, and many more.
